On the desktop version type in the address of the property you are looking at.

Here's a quick couple of pictures I had on my desktop of a flip my wife and I did last year. 

I used to own the desktop version which was ideal because you paid for it once and could use it for multiple properties or multiple LLCs, so the price gets spread out.Recently my accountant stopped supporting 2008 Quickbooks so I upgraded to the new "desktop" version.

After you’ve made those selections you can hover over various cities to see CAP rates (I believe the latest data is H2 2019, and the site isn’t the most mobile friendly so it’s better on a desktop).

It might still take several weeks depending on whether or not the lender wants a full appraisal, BPO, or desktop valuation.

I’m looking into getting a va to do my bookkeeping, I have my QuickBooks desktop set up, does anybody have any luck getting a va to do data entry?
