Do I have the right to ask more questions if I'm having trouble deciphering information that the applicant provided - what if that information is sensitive? 

I've read several posts on an LLC search but have not found "the one" that helps decipher the dilemma around creating 1 LLC for each house vs 1 LLC in each state I'm investing in and putting all homes in that LLC.  

I wouldn't expect the average person to be able to decipher it without training.  

Realtor.com sales data probably has what you need but you'll have to decipher it carefully.

There's so much information to process and I'm having a hard time deciphering what's what... but I do know that I would want to function as a bird dog, at this point.Can you guys offer any assistance?

Right now, I'm just using Excel as I find software will not be able to decipher what are on multi Home Depot receipts!
