I do manage some small apartment complexes and generally there are not too many issues, but not zero.Also, for me as a PM I have fixed costs per unit, so to have 5 listings in 1 house would be cost prohibitive.Just food for thought, good luck!

We charge a daily fee of $50 which usually will make up for it and then some plus the additional bookings who would not have booked without the option, so in my mind it is a no brainer.

A spreadsheet has its place in your daily operations and tracking efforts, but I highly recommend starting with a software like QuickBooks Online to track your expenses in a more formalized manner.
