If your going to landlord in a lower end area with the threat of violence at anytime you may want to arm yourself.My PM's that I work with in pretty much every city,, if they work C and D they are packing for sure. especially if they walk in a vacant home

Your offers have to be more fair, and unfair offers for yourself can lead to complaints to the real estate commission.Really the idea of building up ill will and the threat of complaints to the real estate commission are going to follow most parts of the transaction if you are licensed.

I think you obtain permission but "acquire" real estate assets.The biggest issues with an AP play on a real estate asset comes from threats by claimants and creditors.
