Then you factor in the other benefits of a hassle-free interest income stream, customizable interest rate / down payment / term, deferred capital gains taxes, etc and it makes sense to seller finance.

Booking.com is much more customizable in terms of policies, rate plans, etc.

Generally plugins are very customizable and if there is no something that I need, I find a developer to build it for me.
