I have found that it is less expensive for the electrician to furnish the wiring, and for the roofer to provide the roofing material, which is always 3 Dimensional 30 year asphalt shingle.

The shingles lose lots of little bits and they build up in the gutters.

Some vinyl siding pieces need to be replaced; few shingles need to be fixed.

This will also include altering the side entrance.Paint/stain the exterior original cedar shake shingles (siding) and finish new siding design on the front porch.Lastly have insulation blown in the exterior walls.With this our home as well as the rest of the properties will be in great condition for the foreseeable future.
