I'm 23, work full time as a magazine designer and have purchsed 3 properties in the past three years in my spare time.

I currently work as an IT Project Manager full time and Real Estate in my spare time, but anyway, never ever reply to any unsolicited messages from banks or what may be pretending to be your bank or PayPal.

I honestly have no experience in this area and have just been reading about it on my spare time.

Before i learned about REI i was just going out spending money and having a good time. about a month and 1/2 ago i met this person that wanted into REI but is a father of 2 without a mother to help. he is also in the military. now 90% of my spare time is searching for deals and soon to be taking an online course for my Texas RE license.
