There should be various color codes for different types of zoning or possibly a number system for residential, industrial, retail, multifamily, etc.

Since the roof line is kind of funky maybe you can get away with using multiple paint colors on the siding.

Not all of the floor was affected, but because the flooring is espresso colored, I'm not at all sure I can order a batch for replacement that will match the boards that are unaffected. 

The cylinder for this key is a different color that looks good with our standard color handsets. 

My strategy/advice would be to take one vacant unit and renovate it with a light-colored luxury vinyl (waterproof so it can go in kitchens and bathrooms), repaint and do a few small improvements in the unit and try to get a substantial rent increase.

They aren't great but they aren't terrible id say they are usable,the color is white.

You don't waste your time showing one person who gets there and  decides they don't like the paint color. 

I would concur that very few whites are relocating to Prince George’s County but many people of color may not be as susceptible to various stigmas.
