I use this term to encompass everything from Government Backed Mortgages (FHA, VA, USDA) to Fixed-Rate, Adjustable Rate, Jumbo and Conventional. 

I put in the 2" faux wood levolor from Lowes for blinds because that house has some 'charm', rents for 2000,  class A, and I'm targeting late 20s early 30 professionals as tenants.

Very charming town and good location.

I drove up to see it last week and really loved it - it's a nice and quaint plot of land, the house needs lots of TLC that I can do 95% my own, and it just seems like a really charming place to escape to during summer/fall weekends for a change of scenery.

Any legit lender has to disclose a document call the CHARM Booklet within 3 days after application to anyone moving forward with an ARM loan.  

Lots of niches that are encompassed by 'Real Estate Investing' that don't require managing tenants.Best of Luck!

I agree, renovated historic properties have a certain charm to them and definitely has it's own niche to be profitable.

You will need to make a manufactured home appear charming, unique, and easy to roll up and relax.
