We still own property in Texas, and the pricing here for renovation and maintenance is consistently 1.8-2x what we pay in Houston and Central TX.

Since the tenant has a rental agreement nobody else has authority to give anyone else rights to occupy the property pending the result of the eviction.

Amazing how much the Buffalo market has changed, of course the politics and taxes havent and wont, why I moved to central Florida 4 years ago.
