@Jose Remor you PMC should have phone records to prove they made the calls they claim.We track EVERY call, text and email for this reason!

I always tell my clients to put a reminder on their phone to go off monthly to ensure they pay off all debts like this that can cause them to have higher credit scores. 

I actually reached out to him just to phone chat as while he was arrogant and grating, he seemed to know what he was talking about.Very arrogant and all-knowing over the phone, just rubbed me the wrong way.

We don't accept letters from three years ago or some quack on the phone with a credit card reader.

But I just log in through safari on my phone. 

Most importantly you can refine your phone technique at a low cost.

It’s now mid-November.After double-digit requests through phone/voicemail to almost every phone number option in the menu, emails, messages onto their web site, Facebook messages and comments, I had to initiate a chargeback.
