I asked the listing agent to "humor me" and still present my offer, as I reminded him that I was also a licensed agent and ALL offers must be presented to seller-clients, regardless of how low an offer may be, in the great State of Florida (plus at the bottom of my "offer package", I wrote "carbon copy to: "XYZ Bank".

I'm very familiar, have helped design and build carbon fiber plastics on some this worlds best aircraft like the B-2, F-35, Boeing Dreamliner (structure, not battery lol)....It is amazing what happens in the tech world by accident.

One month rent, one month security deposit and carbon monoxide detector is due at signing.”The real estate agent we are working with said he will write something on the letter to state we are supposed to receive one month free and he will sign it.I am not expert, which is why I am here but is he legally able to sign a hand written note on top of this letter and it will bind the management company ?
