That's right, for a variety of lifes up and downs, folks will back out for good reasons (loss of job, death in family, divorce, etc that completely refocuses them and puts investing on the back burner).

Wow sounds like a real crap hole of an area.It could be someone bought it and then had other projects going and put it on the back burner.

After failing the state exam in 2008 we once again put this dream of ours on the back burner and continued our lives, always dreaming of one day jumping back in.Finally, in 2015, both my wife and I passed the Florida real estate state exam, and officially became licensed to sell real estate Florida.

You could put this one on the back burner, or just forget it completely.

ya they are basically the same.. only other type for electric is coil burners on stove top
