Still booming.

It has been booming for the past couple of years with strong job growth and population increase.

So, there may still be opportunity for sure, but if you're looking for something to get into before the boom I would stick with the areas I mentioned above.

Their office is around the corner from the tax collector's office - I think the street is Central, runs off Prior.

I have all information saved luckily on Feb 22 I sent an email the the debt collector, they stated that if the information checks out they would stop with collection proceedings.

I could be very wrong with Milwaukee, I just do not see it having "booming" potential, I think it's way undervalued from a real estate point of view for REIs.
