Okay, all you Pinnacle investors out there ... let's support James' request that we NOT bombard Hays!!!!!

Not being a Guru but funding the Students deals ... and like anything when I attend those events I know I will be bombarded with newbie questions and things.

All in one hour on the phone with their CSRs, and once again, with no knowledge MY customer was getting bombarded with confusing emails I’ve never seen, reviewed, approved, or edited.

Because of this, I suspect the guys who are licensed are being bombarded with work and get pick and choose their projects - as they should.  

I use Auto-Owners through an agent and I feel like I'm constantly being bombarded with mail.

Nothing like trying to escape to the mountains and bombarded with people everywhere.Best of all light traffic (at worst) and best climate in the state if you ask me. 

I am a landlord in north linden and I have been bombarded by texts, calls and beautiful postcards now for a while. 

I had one in your neck of the woods I rarely will engage a wholesaler as I get bombarded by them to be on their buyers lists. but this particular one in Charleston SC.. had a property in the area I am building new homes.. so that one I would go for.we agreed on 200k its was a tear down.. so 215k for the lot.. basically.and since most wholesalers never know the state of title I have my person ( a local broker check quickly) they come up with an option to buy it for 100k..

Just know 90% of the population is laughing at you and wishing you would get off social media and stop bombarding them. 

Now I know this guy has been bombarded by agents and wholesalers. 1st the "agent" that was trying to "help" him had his cash buyer make an offer, they offered 235k now the guy countered them at $275k hoping they would meet in the middle well the agents buyer got mad and since they knew he was in a corner they came back at $216k just out of spite. #2 this guy got contacted all the time on Facebook by "wholesalers" that said they could get him $5k and he could just walk away.
