I will be making $55-$60/h by the time I’m certified at 21/22.I am also looking into side hustles to increase my income such as flipping cars, reselling etc.As of right now I have around 8k saved, and 5k invested in stocks.Obviously I cannot buy a property with just a few grand right now, but basically I just want to ask for any advice or tips you would give to me or your younger self when you started.I usually listen to audio books on personal finance and business while working instead of music to further my knowledge.Any sort of advice is welcome, books, podcasts, methods to learn about.

@Corey Block You may want to talk to a few companies who do this sort of thing in your area.

I would say 90 percent of all homes in the outer banks are in a str program of some sort.

All sorts of folks.

I suspect anyone telling you that you need to tap into underground markets is trying to sell you a marketing scheme of some sort.

If you don't allow someone to access the property when they paid to do so, that sort of thing.Negligence is when you don't make a repair and someone is injured.

Sometimes you need to have some sort of professionalism.

It just felt like that whole place was filled with military and people who had the army and worked in some sort of service industry to serve the military.

But it's a lot to sort out and reconcile.
