I see enough of these, I think it must not really be an option or some young entrepreneur would be taking on these projects.Are they big enough for me to have the kids and grandkids stay over?

We got another invoice before the spring, got a call from one of the nicest kids they had on their crew in the spring and my partner told them about the conversation with the owner. 

Im more a hands on learning definitely and as far as living in a unit i couldn't yet because its out of the kids school district  plus the limited space. but thats the goal, to buy a small air or inn to manage and run for work while still renting in our district and then looking to buy since we're renters again!

You’ll need to find a GC on board with the extra paperwork and a seller willing to accept a longer closing time.   

I've been on this board since 2010 and haven't found an example yet.

Although those guys had brick and mortar and where very good at what they did ( screwing people)this new crop are just hiding behind social media and their key board.

Maybe consider an HSA for next year.Hire your wife, kids and other relatives.
