What’s your main focus, or what are you hoping to get out of your journey here?

Nothing is a sure bet.

And as of now I've listed myself direct with Zillow and other platforms.I'm now weary as to whether I want to carry on down this journey for the property management.I only have 1 SFH so I don't need much, mostly just wanting to streamline how I communicate and manage the property. drop rentredi asap.

Unless you are unknowledgable, my bet is you could make more from rent than sale, and still have the benefits of owning the original home while you go do something else.The 25K you have left in property will be netting you(gross) of $350 mo or 4200 per year.
