Looking for referral for great North Myrtle Beach manager for my rental property

I currently have a solid base of liquid assets and am looking to diversify my investments.I own two fully paid-off single-family homes in Tampa and am currently considering buying a luxury condo in Hallandale Beach for $600K.

This encompasses everything from studio condo's to multimillion dollar beach front homes, and everything in between. 

I know in my area of FL 2 miles away from Clearwater Beach a 3/2 non pool home will do $50k-ish and a 3/2 with a pool will do $80k+ and even more if heated.

We own mountain properties and beach/pool properties...

The government is a democracy, they use the US dollar, have 6 easy residency options. low cost of living, low inflation comparatively,wonderful weather, city, mountain and beach opportunities.
