Include information on repairs and or replacement of major systems.After the sale, pay off all your debts, put the payments and any excess from the rental sale into savings, and then strictly put yourself on a pay as you buy regiment for everything (does not mean not to use credit cards, just make sure you pay them in full monthly and are not charged to use them) except for maybe new rentals and automobiles (Autos only if the interest rate is 0% or less or equal to what you can get with conservatively investing the money).

Since mobile homes are personal property (i.e. automobile) the sales records are not as readily available unless the home was listed on the MLS.  

I'm pushing 55 and have probably only had 3 or 4 insurance claims my entire life, a couple automobile and a couple homeowners (theft).

It's like saying how much to get an automobile painted, well what kind of automobile, what finish level, what prep work, it will vary case by case and shop by shop. 

It also will have a nipple on it exactly like an automobile tire, to put pressure in the system. 

There is now a threat of tariffs on imports of automobiles from Europe which would be  economically devastating to our country.   

Hello BP members,I am considering placing my rental property into an LLC for liability protection and dropping my umbrella insurance due to a spike in the rates and the fact that we don't own an automobile.  

Is he going to be contributing to the automobile and his college financing?

@Justin O'Malley so in addition to the comments about lot rent, mobile homes are not real estate in Colorado, they are personal property (think automobile).

This policy provides additional coverage above and beyond automobile insurance and either homeowners or renters insurance.
