GFH is just like a lower version with fewer features that are not sufficient to automate a Short-term rental business.You can also consider using Ownerrez, I'm not trying to run an ad for them right now but Ownerrez is a great PMS, and it has seamless integrations with different rental channels.

There are so many software options and most seem pretty automated.

Automation helps the accountants do their work much more efficiently & there is less likelihood of payments coming back NSF.

They most likely have already automated or delegated any task you can do. 

First, get your systems in place - automated messages, check-in/check-out experience, find a great cleaner, supplies, and make the place look nice and take great photos.

You just have to know that their automated report is super conservative and will not get you the most out of your cost seg.

If they are mostly on Facebook, the funnel can be almost entirely there and Messenger.If you want to have a landing page, many of the email automation or funnel tools can create a landing page within the tool.
