So I've upgraded my arsenal of knowledge again but not sure exactly the best way to go with my 5 year plan. 

Besides having an investor, a contractor and a real estate lawyer for contracts, what else would I need to in my arsenal? 

I'm trying to learn how to apply this to my investing arsenal and I'm just a bit confused as to how to go about doing this.
