@Eric KordenbrockI clicked on Wills/Orphans Court Division and then Search ~ What I've found on PETITION FOR GRANT OF LETTERS ~ Decedent was domiciled at death in (county name) ~ principal resident at is the same as Decedent died at (same address).What I just posted is an example ~ Somewhat easy to maneuver as this was my first time searching this webpage.What got me confused was instead of searching for Notice of Petition to Administer Estate like I do here in CA, I clicked on again, Wills/Orphans Court Division.I didn't have a case number so I selected Case Search By Date Range.So to make sure the decedent had property you'll have to verify with your county assessor.

@Melissa Searing in CA, when "Notice of Petition to Administer Estate" has been posted by the county (no deed) and published by an adjudicated paper of general circulation, by all means send your probate introduction letter to the executor/administrator representing the estate.

You do not have a "plan administrator" as other funds are administered, that comes under the Office of The Comptroller and your employee benefits officer, (EBO) who will know of your moving, obviously you address changes for admin and tax purposes.
