For most places, city zoning overrides county, because the City is the municipality administering the property law on the home.

All IRA based plans are required to have a custodian to administer and report on the account.

You just then need to know that the investment was made 50/50 or 60/40 or whatever, and then allocate all future expenses and income on that same basis.If the one project will be the sole investment of the plan, you can administer it out of one participant account and reconcile periodically, so that you do not need to write two checks for everything.  

Do I need a separate custodian to administer the new retirement plan and direct the new plan to invest all of the proceeds in my LLC?

I don't have a product for sample testing and reports (under my Butler Evans Education website) but I bet if there were enough demand, I could create something for around $400 to $500, that could be administered by a trade association or even a small group of investors who test each other.  

They will tell you the process for free since they are the one's that administer it.c) Will your lending institution refi this kind of transaction.

Also the company that administers the test for Michigan is called PSI and I believe they offer a course as well.Good luck!

@Melissa Searing in CA, when "Notice of Petition to Administer Estate" has been posted by the county (no deed) and published by an adjudicated paper of general circulation, by all means send your probate introduction letter to the executor/administrator representing the estate. 

You do not have a "plan administrator" as other funds are administered, that comes under the Office of The Comptroller and your employee benefits officer, (EBO) who will know of your moving, obviously you address changes for admin and tax purposes.
