Many investors learned a hard lesson when the STR market took a hit initially during COVID.Until the shared living space concept matures, it's probably premature to skip the above investment evolution.

But if you have the capital or access to an investor, this sounds like it could be a good deal, but at $900/month, I'd estimate your ARV will max out around $85k.

My biz partner and I 100% believe community and building authentic relationships in the real estate space is so important for growth.

This targets family’s between homes, either because they just moved to the area; have a definitive time work contract; current house is being rebuilt/remodeled/repaired; students with “rich” parents; recent separated/divorced who needs space for children visits; Houston medical center stays; etc.  

And you can be a landlord that gets a very poor return because they haven't utilized their space well by changing the layout.
