I was in the similar thought camp, until I had been 2 years without deal, and all my accelerated depreciation from my portfolio ran out...

Therefore, it's time to utilize the limited time I have to accelerate this process as quickly as possible without burning out or failing.

Assuming you didn't accelerate deprecation ( which your original post hints at you did not) you should not have any depreciation recapture. 

If you are trying to build a portfolio, your growth will accelerate much faster if you can build and grow equity through highly appreciating markets and value add investing.

However, bonus depreciation allows you to accelerate the deduction, sometimes as much as 100% in the year that you buy it.

In long term I may settle for hybrid or something like only taking 50k loans, syndication, accelerated depreciation (assuming bonus depreciation doesnt go away) , pay back and repeat. 

It starts slow but it accelerates!
