Mobile county is more than 1%. some counties in Ohio as high as 2%+.

I am an investor and a realtor in Utah, looking to find deals that fit the BRRRR method but i am not able to make the numbers work in this market in Salt lake County.

Even Wisconsin Dells and some northern Wisconsin counties are getting restrictive. 

For example, Pinal County has the highest projected population growth over the next 30 years, but I’m not sure if that necessarily makes it a better market than Phoenix for long-term investments.When evaluating a location, what are the most important things you focus on?

We can only reside within the five boroughs, Suffolk county,Nassau county, westchester county, Orange County, Putnam county, Rockland county and pretty much any other county that is directly outside the five boroughs within NY.

Im interested in buying a rental property in Nassau or Suffolk county.
