Depending on how big your portfolio is it might be more or less expensive for you.

It depends on who you're hiring but that seems fairly standard.  

Depends on how long you would like to live with your parents.

Everyone completes an application...don't you want to know who will be occupying your property? 

However, I haven't had a single application submitted for over two weeks.
