Many have zero experience with the community and don't understand the culture.

I'd also like for them to be aware of costs like insurance and taxes, so that they have a better understanding, but I'm not sure that's really that important.

Usually I say if I have to learn something new and it will take me a long time to understand the material I say outsource because you can spend your time working on your business.
