You're playing Russian Roulette, because even if this thing you've bought truly will appreciate, you will have to be able to hold onto it long enough to see the intended fruition.  **** happens, and I hope you don't get run over by a car while or laid off while waiting for this thong to appreciate...Now - if any debt that we have to pay for is bad debt, does this mean that any debt for which we do not pay is good...?
