The surgeon doesn't do surgeries on his first day of medical school.So be careful!

THIS would have been prefect timing for my hubby being a new/young doc in town, to negotiate moving his practice, and they would have definitely hired another surgeon by then. if we buy now, triple net 3 yrs and potentially more if they hire a new doc to replace him. or my hubby just takes over space.

When that figure comes out to a daily rate that Surgeons make; tell them to try again.

@johnchapman, wondering if you think my scenario is any different than your rec for straight umbrella coverage: I'm a surgeon who one day WILL get sued.

It's vacant and looks like he's started to rehab it himself (he's done some demo and reconstructed some walls thus far) but seems to be continuously working on it.

If you think you have stress, think about the surgeon doing brain surgery on a child,,now THAT is stress.Generally nothing that I do will kill anyone, I might not make as much money because I made a bad decision,,,hey that's not the end of the world.If something happens and my daughter is gravely ill,,,that will be stress,,if a contractor shows up or not may be me upset,,but it's just not the same kind of stress...Just always look at the worse case scenario,,,it is probable not as bad as our minds make it out to be
