If its purple paint it means  No Tresspassing

IE framed frozen wall mural, some fancy looking princess furniture, and a nice purple paint job.  

Order your beds from Casper, Necter, Tuft and Needle, Purple or one of those other high quality but affordable foam bed websites. 

I'm assuming you have already read the purple books (Rich Dad Poor Dad).  

When we purchased the home it had Barney purple carpets, purple walls, purple marble in the front entry and faux Grecian columns.

The purple windows on the right wall are ~33" from the floor to the top of the interior window sill.

OK guys, here is the album for the duplex I'm looking at.Both sides are 1 bedroom, 1 bath.Again, $30,000 for the home, $400 a month rent on each side, currently has one tenant who is actually paying $100 a week, and has been doing so for over a year.

Lastly even with a big deposit make sure you stress approved paint colors if they are dead set on painting purple then make sure you hold deposit not the title company and make sure you have enough to repaint if they back out.
