We converted a laundry room and hall closet to a 3rd bathroom (handicap accessible) and converted one living area into a large bedroom.

She is asking if she can install handicap grab bars by the toilet and in the bathtub / shower for her mom.

Like what is the city's policy for handicap accessible living?

If someone had a house that was handicapped accessible, and found out their house appraised for less or that they had a difficult time with refinancing, I would feel empathy and keep scrolling because it does not pertain to me.

If you dont have a flat surface to set tile on, youre handicapped from the start.

I have building plans and designs that I believe will be attractive to all visitors, and plan to make at least one of them fully handicapped accessible.

If you are trying to get the best rates and terms you usually handicap your access to equity if terms are no longer favorable.
