With every booking, you have a potential to extend a network.

You need to make sure it's furnished and has all the amenities needed for extended- stays (fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, etc.)

Continuing with torch down or variants that are supposed to extend life further are fine.

I would want payments to be made between 1-3 days after you extend the offer to lease.
