I feel the need for that for a dog but it would be overkill if it's a cat.

@Lew Payne  correct  indiscriminate filing of a lis pendens is a sure way to get sanctioned and worse. why do you do this if you have a note and mortgage in FLA a simple notice of default will protect your interest.. why would you file the Lis pendens seems like over kill but..

I am very happy with it, as and it is an extremely powerful.I am not sure I see the cost benefit of using it for capturing and tracking real estate leads however.Maybe I'm missing something... but Infusion seems like overkill.

So my question, to everyone who invests in out of state markets or has considered it in the past, is do you think this is overkill or do you think it'd be helpful in actually making good decisions? 

I think you give them a bunch of good points in the beginning and after so that this will be overkill.

I'm a digital marketer and would agree with John that a full-time marketer would be overkill until you have the operational capacity to handle the bottom of the funnel--i.e. close deals.

Securities attorneys are expensive and overkill for a small RE partnership under an LLC, I'd suggest finding counsel specializing in corporate or business law, they will generally have a grasp of RE as well as basic securities issues.

We just upgraded from fuses to 100 Amp in an older house in an entry-level neighborhood (in our case, an upgrade would be needed to compete w/other recent sales, but 200 would be overkill).

If we are talking about a residential property, I personally would not do that thinking it is over kill.
