Here in NE FL we buy for investors all the time, some at auctions and in foreclosure where your not allowed inside or the property is too far to visit, HUD registered brokers can bid anywhere in the state

I am a newbie as well, out in the NE corner of Colorado.

The " aggressive" people the seller mentioned could very well ne folks who ate only offering what's smart, which could be far less than what they want.I'm with Jon....make your offer based on the numbers; they either work or they dont.

I live on I-5 between Seattle and Portland, and lived in Federal Way right near NE Tacoma twenty years ago.

Is this because the NE is that much more expensive when compared to other markets?

However, I would rather leave my money in the stock market and hold off for a better opportunity.I'm a little out of ideas in terms of where to look for the golden investment MF property over here in the NE.
