The city has good macro economic factors and a strong economy - I looked for cities that were at least better than the national average when it came to population growth, wage growth, median sales price growth, etc 2.

The bank I have used, Lyons National Bank, lends to me through my LLC.

We will be investing through a US corporation and all partners (and there are many) are foreign nationals so we cannot give any personal guarantee or collateral.

I'm thinking about starting a corporation and building a seperate credit line.

Also, Ohio does not allow "piercing the corporate veil" unless you commit fraud or a crime.

I would love to meet some new members, young or no, whose goals might include a solid cash flow and providing good value to renters who are exploited or poorly treated by unresponsive landlords or large corporate operations.  

There are both national and regional foreclosure listing services that provide notice of default, notice of trustee sale, and lis pendens data on properties in the foreclosure process.
