If I close the deal I have a few options.1) assuming everything seems up to code, rent it out as a 3 bed, 2 bath for that unit2) attempt to have the town inspect it and get the proper permits, this could result in at the very least ripping into walls, and if I am unlucky, having to rip it entirely out (seems fairly unlikely I will have to resort to that).

Main restaurant is closed, I believe one of the two golf courses is closed.Be careful out there buying lots from the developers in resort communities.....especially international developments catering to foreigners.
