Thanks @Matthew Irish-Jones  I wonder why they would do this if they run the risk of having the appraisal come in low for the loan.

I'm thinking of switching it up and doing this Saturday morning, say 10-11/11:30, so folks could come up and then go out and enjoy all that the valley has to offer (wine, food, culture).

My wife and I had a bit of a 'culture shock' when we went from a high rise in River North to our first investment property in Irving Park...but we eventually grew to really love Irving Park and found a ton of great local restaurants, etc.
