The NYS laws (HSTPA) are very specific with how they interface with the executive orders from Cuomo and Judge Marks' order from last month, as well as federal decrees, namely the CARES Act and now from the CDC. 

Has a ton  of features, with a really simple to use interface.

This person should be interfacing with a QI and doing as instructed by the QI; identifying properties is part of the info that the QI will give to them.

Big house & did it in 1 weekend, but I was much younger.We have also discovered that any galv/iron pipes (as drain or venting) that interconnect to the sewer seem to create a weak corrosion spot at or around the interface to the sewer pipe.good luck its a great experience.

Slicker interface and lower learning curve that seemed to speak really well to "standard homebuyers" (Admittedly, this was last year so things could have changed)BT seemed to have more 'back end power" and had much better handling of multiple projects... and so far, that's been the case.
