RUBS are illegal and individual meters is not feasible at this time.

Also keep in mind that if the concern is lawsuits, they can still name you individually in a suit and it is just another battle.

The entire goal is to help you / individuals like you who are interested in a finding an agent who works with real estate investors.

These person who now are out of a 0 production job, will be entering the civilian workforce and thus will add to some form of economic production. 

There were at least 5 individuals who seemed ready to rise to the occasion and help this poster with their borrowing needs.
