If so what was your experience and which brands did you use?

It's a brand new lease up multifamily apartment building with 60 units.Loan estimate 8.1 M, LTV estimate 65%.

Facebook marketplace may be a bit more work butdefinitely worth exploring and looking up reviews for different brands peopleare selling.

Welcome - have you gotten any properties/projects under your belt yet or brand new? 

Brian,I think this is a risky investment for a brand new investor.

If you want to connect with my agent there, she may have some resources for you for different money.Yes it sure is a hot market,  I have confidence I can get a nice out value and yes I do have some good tradespeople on call, but brand new to navigating lenders (do they need to be local?)

I built half a dozen new builds around Orlando suburbs I know its apples to oranges with apartments but my brand new 3 and 2s rent for 1700 to 1800. 

I now spend a lot of time on things I wasn’t doing previously like looking for more deals, and building my brand.

That should always match cosmetically and be the same brand.
