Obviously this is a perfect example and numbers may be inflated, I'm just trying to make sure I grasp the concepts.

You'll want to call around to a few banks/lenders to get a grasp of what comparable terms would be.

I'm always open to adding more realtors to our contact list so we can get a better grasp on those areas.
