I will be investing roughly 10k into equipment for this new gig. 

but without the whole "broadcasting" thing that you mention, I don't think I would have generated the outreach to the people of my age today who ask me for guidance on their first investment.

Same goes with restrictions on equipment.

The best acting, best jobs, best food, famous landmarks, best museums, best park, best comedy, etc are all arguably located there.It allows the ultimate lifestyle for those who can generate the income, the ultimate opportunities, and the ultimate optionality.

I do not see a need for extra cost or tech not all of your guests will appreciate (i.e. older generations).

I think I will take both of these directives and try to find a happy medium.As far as photos and advertising, I'm going to make some tweaks to the ad, and I have many friends who are in film who could hook me up with some better photos, or at least the camera equipment I need to do it myself.I have a showing tomorrow, and in the meantime I'll work on a plan for my next move and will post an update as things progress.Thanks again!
