You're responses consist of mocking people who disagree with you and buzzword BS bingo (which is just as cringeworthy as your belief, everyone on here wants an older gentleman like you to be "patting them and telling them they're pretty") Now that being said, i dont even disagree with you on certain key points, and dont think your post was meant against new investors in general, but the way you try to bring your points across just sound like an angry old white dude yelling at the damn kids to get of his lawn.

If you say what is the more passive investment.....bingo you are correct, buy the S&P fund and forget about it!!!!!

The "how to get started with no money down" posts do seem as though they may have a tendency to attract newbies Bingo.  

But like I said I had it all figured out from the beginning, all I had to do is get a second job bussing tables or mowing lawns on the weekends and bingo problem solved.

Most investors want some kind of stability in order to not go bingo bongo trying to do a deal.
