looking to do a quit claim deed .

Quit nickel and dime'ing it, put more money in better/bigger deals.

There was a BP member who was quite active for a short duration that presented hi use case for RE not being a good investment compared to other investments especially ially stocks.  

I love the idea and its really quite nice because the costs are minimal and upside is huge.

I feel like they play by more subtle or more aggressive rules that I don't understand quite as easily as simpler markets like Denver and even places like San Francisco.

And over 20 years, my partner & I have wholesaled or assigned quite a few deals. 

If you are asking this, quit.

How are you managing your properties in that area given that property management company seem to be extremely unreliable and seem to go under quite frequently 

I'm a mother of an 8 and 11 year olds, my husband works full-time but I quit my job when we had my daughter and wanted RE investing to replace my income.

In markets like Chicago or Baltimore, where there is not much new construction, we will see rents rise faster than inflation. 2) 2026 will see new multifamily deliveries slow to closer to historical lows, though not quite as low as what we saw in the great recession.
