You have to take the reference with a grain of salt.

So that could give you a conservative estimate on how much you might be able to bring in (assuming the property is in good condition).Also, please take my advice with a grain of salt.

I would start with using an Epson Workforce printer and use Premium Brochure stock from Staples or Office Max.

@Anthony Testino Perhaps there is opportunity to use crypto assets as collateral / getting crypto backed loans - however, fees high and the usual caveats about crypto etc etc but you usually do not have to sell your crypto to borrowCompanies already doing this/or serving as lending platforms :  SALT, Unchained Capital ,BlockFi

In becoming an agent you learn RE, earn some money, network with a lot of folk.B) Listen to every podcast on the given subject you are interested but take each one with a grain of salt realize that majority of the Wholsale specific podcasts are not in your type of market.

I personally am  starting to look for my next investment (multifamily) in the areas like Vegas, Salt Lake City and Pheonix and would love to partner with the right people to purchase larger properties.

Prices are at record highs currently, but that's not an indicator of a bubble.I also take what economists predict with a HUGE grain of salt. 3 years ago, many were saying that we'd see a correction in 2-3 years.
