I've done a Robert Kyosaki and Dale Carnegie course/meetup....great authors, entrepreneurs, they're seminars are all garbage.

The only thing that I truly believe is guaranteed in this industry is that you are responsible for your decisions.I shared a lot of my story on here earlier and I will tell you that I was buying some really bad deals when I started even though I was rational, not a dreamer, a very successful entrepreneur, a local and out of state investor and I happen to think I was kind of intelligent. 

Don’t think for a second that you can’t do this, the only way the greats became great was falling on their face. 100% of entrepreneurs fail, but the ones who keep moving after a failure are who we call the greats... even if this doesn’t turn out to be a failure (which it doesn’t sound like it will) you WILL fail eventually, and you need to remember, it MUST happen to you on the road to greatness, there is no other way to learn.
