You can just view it that way or you can copy the filtered area to a new sheet, then just discard the old sheet with the duplicates.

From an aesthetic point of view, I'm a fan of combining historic and modern features - too much 'antiqueyness' in a place doesn't grab me, but I also hate to see great architectural features and workmanship discarded.

Try reading this book by John Bogle:Enough.You clearly have more than enough money to do a blend of passive index investing and summarily discard the notion that you need to spend any additional effort for the rest of you or your family's life on anything as banal as the pursuit of additional pieces of currency that add no real value to your life.  

To me all it does is quickly discard some properties that don't meet that 2% threshold in some areas.
