Sorry to say that Baltimore is too tenant friendly and dangerous. there is a killing a day in Charm City.Flips is where the money is! 

There are a few commercial stretches that I could see being developed into some charming retail/restaurant type places. 

Simple, Free, and works like a charm.

@Joshua Nudell  we actually had one of our new builds in the REality show southern Charm. now it was not a fix and flip... one of the stars of the show actually bought it to live in.. so it was a retail deal.. and they did not ask for anything above and beyond just because we were going to be featured on the show...I don't see at the end of the show.. a list of subs or anything.. kind of like you saw on game shows in the day were at the end credits the suppliers were listed.

Another factor with some of the higher end home is the historic charm of the home.

These homes can appear quite lovely because of their old-world charm, but when you start rooting around in the bones, you discover $5000 plumbing issues beneath those gorgeous wood floors, etc.4.

I've never been to Newberg, but I've been to McMinnville and found it very charming.

That is partially why its such a charming town!
