Not sure how turnkey is like wholesalers but if that's your opinion, good on ya...As far as I know, wholesalers are broke, never close, lie to sellers and buyers, market just to flog the contract, don't do rehab, don't property manage and very rarely have any interest in providing after sale service or support.Just my opinion 🙏

PS most states have a small boy girl carve out IE as long as you dont hold yourself out as a lender and do no more than a few a year your exempt but if your have a business card  Jay lends money and you do a a bunch a year and your obviously in the business no matter what you call yourself you have to follow the lending license requirements.

They have been consistently late on payments (we’ve emailed them twice about it), they broke the lease regarding having extra dogs/cats and started a boarding business in our home which we informed them was not allowed as soon as we found out, as well as lacking in communication with them regarding things we needed to fix around the home.This is in California.We’ve just wanted to see what our next steps could/should be.

girls and guys, I have worked in the payment industry for 17 years and I will tell you that disputing transactions DOES happen not only with credit cards, but with ACH.

Those who are broke often take out money to pay debt from another cc payments.

There is "investors" going broke in OH every day, week, months......

I was evicting tenants that broke rules.

He broke his word throughout the program, when things would fail he'd laugh it off and make another rule like, "No Negativity".

But I did mention it to the other girls in the house so they lock their doors at night.Meant wearing shoes in the house. 

If you are now broke and want 20 doors asap well then get to work if you have the ambition.
